We use information to create accounts, provide listing and inquiry tools, deliver membership benefits and alerts, prevent fraud, secure and improve the service, respond to support, comply with law, and communicate about your account. Our legal bases may include performing a contract, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

Sharing

We share data with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, communications, and support; with Paddle as Merchant of Record for subscriptions, payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, and subscription management; with professional advisers; with independently licensed real-estate professionals when you direct us or a transaction requires them; and with authorities where legally required. Accepted purchase-interest requests may unlock direct contact details for Majors Realty Exchange shown in the service.

Children and minors

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian approve the account and any paid membership. Contact us to remove information submitted by a child.

Retention and security

We retain information while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, disputes, and security, then delete or anonymize it. We use appropriate access controls and encryption, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent.
