Why we started

Built by two friends
chasing more.

Majors Realty Exchange began the way a lot of good things do—two friends looking for a way to build something of their own. We wanted more than a paycheck; we wanted to create real wealth and a life we were proud of, and we were willing to put in the work to get there.

So we each started a company and co-founded one another's. My friend launched Chasin Quantitative, and I launched Majors Realty Exchange—an online property marketplace where we put houses under contract and connect them with buyers who are ready to move, built on hustle, honesty, and the belief that every deal should work for everyone at the table.

I couldn't have done it alone—so I went to the person I've always looked up to: my mom. She runs her own business, Majors Communications, and watching her build it showed me what's possible. She stepped in to help me get Majors Realty Exchange off the ground, and her guidance is part of everything we do.
