1. Who operates this service

Majors Realty Exchange is operated by authorized adult operator Tricia Majors. By using the service, you agree to these terms with Majors Realty Exchange.

2. Age and authority

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms, approve your account, and authorize every paid membership and property-related inquiry. A minor may not use the service to enter a binding real-estate agreement.

3. Informational service only

Majors Realty Exchange is not currently a licensed real-estate brokerage. Properties shown on the service are listed by Majors Realty Exchange from homes it has placed under contract. Displayed prices, repair estimates, after-repair values, contract dates, saved properties, purchase-interest requests, and status labels are informational, non-binding expressions of interest only. They are not offers, contracts, agency agreements, escrow instructions, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a promise that a transaction will close. Licensed professionals must handle regulated brokerage activity and transaction documents.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials confidential and provide accurate information. Do not use the service unlawfully, deceptively, for spam or fraud, to infringe intellectual property, to upload malware, scrape the service, probe security, impersonate others, or discriminate in housing.

5. Property content and homeowner leads

Homeowners may submit their property details through our cash-offer form; you confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have rights to it, and you allow Majors Realty Exchange to store, review, and contact you about it. Listings are published only by Majors Realty Exchange for properties under contract. Deal figures such as repair estimates and after-repair values are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and buyers must verify all numbers independently. We may remove content, reject inquiries, or suspend accounts for risk, non-payment, material breach, or repeated violations.

6. Memberships and payments

Buyer Elite costs $399 USD per month until canceled. New members receive 15% off the first month ($339.15); billing then continues at $399 per month. Priority Offer Placement is a separate one-time $1,000 USD fee that pins a submitted purchase-interest request at the top of our review list; it is delivered immediately, and refund requests are evaluated by our payment provider as described in our Refund Policy. The 24-Hour Deal Hold is a separate one-time $1,500 USD fee that marks a property Under Exclusive Review for 24 hours. Neither fee guarantees acceptance of any offer. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Access continues through any paid period shown by Paddle.

7. Service and intellectual property

Majors Realty Exchange owns its software, documentation, branding, and service materials. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service stops immediately; we may retain or delete account data as described in the Privacy Notice, and you may request an export of your saved properties and inquiries before deletion by contacting us.

9. Fair housing

Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other legally protected status is prohibited.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Majors Realty Exchange is not responsible for independently supplied property information or decisions made from it, nor for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majors Realty Exchange and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
