Current licensing status

Majors Realty Exchange is not currently a licensed real-estate brokerage in California or Connecticut. It does not provide brokerage representation, negotiate binding transactions, hold escrow funds, prepare legal transaction documents, or act as your licensed agent. We are actively working toward obtaining a real-estate license so that, in the future, we may prepare and handle contracts directly; until that license is obtained, licensed independent professionals must handle any transaction.

Contractual interest disclosure

Properties shown on this website are listed by Majors Realty Exchange from homes it has placed under contract, typically with a 30–60 day closing window. Majors Realty Exchange markets its equitable, assignable contractual interest in those properties; it is not listing properties on behalf of the owners and is not acting as anyone's agent. Any purchase, assignment, or closing must be completed through appropriately licensed independent professionals and a licensed title or escrow company.

Inquiry-only platform

Listing labels, displayed prices, repair estimates, after-repair values, assignment figures, saved properties, and purchase-interest requests on this website are preliminary, non-binding expressions of interest. “Accepted” means accepted for further contact inside the platform—not acceptance of a legal purchase offer. Any transaction must be reviewed and handled by appropriately licensed independent professionals.

Information and photos may be gathered from owners, public sources, and other websites and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Deal figures such as repair estimates, after-repair values, and projected profit are good-faith estimates only, not guarantees or investment advice. Independently verify ownership, condition, measurements, price, availability, permits, title, financing, insurance, taxes, and all material facts before acting.

Adult oversight

Tricia Majors is the authorized adult operator. The minor founder does not enter contracts, perform licensed brokerage activity, or bind customers to real-estate transactions.
